[Training Resources] ArcServer 10.3 webinar now available

The West Coast Ocean Data Network ArcServer 10.3 training webinar is now available online at http://network.westcoastoceans.org/training-resources/. Widely used in the web GIS community to publish and manage mapping services, the webinar covered workflows, configurations, and best practices for managing and publishing mapping services from ArcServer 10.3. In addition, we discussed how the West Coast Ocean Data Portal uses and consumes mapping services.
